About The Program of

The Department of Quran and Islamic Studies is the first department that began its educational career since the first day it was established by the, which it was established in 2023. Since that day, it has still played a tremendous role in education, education and literacy, so it has developed for students a modern and advanced curriculum that combines the good old and the useful new aimed at graduating qualified scholars and sincere preachers carrying Islamic awareness and seeking to build an ideal good society in which security and peace prevail by establishing the true religion of Allah and implementing just Islamic law in it.

ADMISSION REQUIRMENTS

Admission at is purely on the basis of merit. Furthermore, admission to the available programs depends on the type and level of the program that a candidate wishes to pursue.

The general academic qualifications for admission to B.A (Hons.) :

For Dakhil/SSC, and Alim/HSC system the minimum shall be (Dakhil GPA)+  (Alim GPA ) = 6.00. (But score of less than GPA 2.5 in any individual examination is not acceptable). An applicant must submit his/her results during the application. Provisional admission for appeared students should not be allowed.

For '0' level &'A' level system an applicant must have completed 6 papers in '0' level and 6 papers in  'A' level. Minimum average GPA of combined '0' level & 'A' level shall be ‘C’ an applicant must submit his results during the application. Provisional admission for appeared students should not be allowed.  (iii) For applicants from foreign countries similar standard should be maintained. Arabic &English are the primary languages used as the medium of instruction in the University.
